How to succeed in any plan or Business.
Know your the people around you. ask yourself. What kind of people belong on your team or group? To fulfill your dream, you need to know the community you work with. "Some people have a dream but no team- their dream is impossible. Some people have a dream but a bad team----Their dream is a nightmare. Some people have a dream and are build a team---their dream has potential. Some people have a dream and a great team--their dream is inevitable." Its truth in your life you can not accomplish your dream without the help of others. Sometimes, you see your dream too big to fulfill. The great person you need to help you in your business is God. Let Jesus be the center of your business or any plan. I need you God to give me good heart, vision, health, wisdom, knowledge, and fruit of Holy Spirit. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness gentleness, and self-control (Gt 5: 22-23). Let me be blessing to others as my friends are blessing to me.

Thank you so much for buying my T-Shirt
I had the opportunity to travel back home after four years to the newest country in the world, South Sudan. I saw so much potential yet I saw that the lack of education was hurting this new country. Currently there are more than 800 students with only five teachers meeting under a tree. This continues to inspire me to gain an education in the United States and be well equipped to return to educate teachers.
On July 8th, I held our first meeting to lay the foundation for a school in Mundri. There were 60 present, including a member of parliament, two chiefs, pastors, local traders, church elders and housemothers. The team was excited and ready to go to work. On July 21, 2012, 79 people gathered to clear the school land. One acre was cleared on that day. This group is committed to working to prepare the land until I return after graduation. I only lack two more semesters.
I want to thank all my friends who continue to support me. I purchased a chain saw in Juba with the money from the T-shirts you purchased. This is a huge advancement. I also want to thank all of you who have continued to support me financially to gain an education. I continue to covet your prayers and financial support. I pray God will bless you as you sacrifice to make a difference in the lives of His people. “I thank my God every time I remember you.”

First school Meeting with Community.
It was a blessing day to be with my community. In the meeting, 60 people came and attend the meeting. In the meeting, there were two chiefs, sub-chief, uncle Agangwa a Member of Parliament (MP) in our western Equatorial state. In addition, pastors, teachers, local traders, students, elders, and housemothers.
They were excited to hear about the school plan I brought before them. They were amazed to hear from me as their own son that I am coming back to teach them. I told the community about the story my dad told me when I was small boy about hunting. My dad said, "Andrew! When you go hunt, kill a big animal so that every village people could eat." I told them that, my education in the United State is like a big animal. I want to bring it home. During the war in Sudan while in the jungle, when my dad kill a big animal, he would take us to dress the meat in the forest then divide the meat to all the village people who are close to our house so that they could enjoy with us.
As the meeting going on, one of the chief said, "he has many words to speak, but he has just few. Since he was born, no child among the all children in our community went to school and come back to stay with his community. None of them come back with an idea to start a school and educate his people. Hear my word community, we need to support our son Andrew as much as we can. We need to do our part to show we can."
Elder Bendera asked a question, "whose school is this we are talking about? Is it community school or our school? If it’s our school, we need to give ourselves to do the work. The reason I asked a ask question because our people are not active in community work." I answered him that, its is our school. I explain how I begin to record a CD/ print a T-shirt here in the United States and sell them to raise fund for building the school back home. I told them that this is our school. However, here is what I want to let all the community know: this is all about God, not me. So, I don't want some one to worry God is able.
