second plan T-shirt

I would like to print a T-shirt for raising money for building Global Christian High School in South Sudan. I am still asking friends to help me to get it done. We are still putting our taught together to come up with the words that will be good to print at the T-shirt. May opinion is that, we will write "Global Christian High School" in the front and "Build the News Country in the World”… “Educate Children in South Sudan," will be at the back with the picture of rising sun, animal, or South Sudanese children.

Another option is that, I would like to take orders of my friends who would like to be part of building school in South Sudan. I will take their sizes, and color that they want. Together we can stand and reach the gospel to the all nations. Let's do it.

Plan for Global Christian High School

This year plan: I would like to buy 5 plots/acres of land for the school. Praise the Lord, land is ready given by my uncle Jonathan back home for building school.(Global Christian High School) “God is so good.” He is just waiting for me to pay money for the land. What Almighty God we serve! I will find out the price of one acre very soon from him.

Two years plan: Prayers and raise money for the building. I pray to God to bless this plan for His glory and honor. I ask God to use my life to make difference in somebody’s life. What will I gain with education God is giving me, If I USE it for myself? The answer in nothing and I will die nothing. I will be happy to see children are going to school, and enjoying the love of Jesus Christ and learn His Words the same as He did for me. God! I need 5acre for your work. Amen.

As I go to school here, I also need money for my schooling. God! I’m looking at you; I know this school journey you begin with me from the Jungle of Sudan. Amen.

I remember, during the war when we were still in the Jungle of Sudan, my dad preached about King Solomon. He taught us the Bible story about King Solomon. He said,“King Solomon asked God for wisdom. He asked a question: "Who among you wants to be like King Solomon, ask God for the wisdom to take care of His children?” He urged the Church to pray to for the wisdom. I prayed and I believe, God answered my prayers. After 15year I’m here in United States going to school. Amen.

Thank you Jesus, your Name is above the names on the earth. In the Name of Jesus every people/tribes or nations must bow down and confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of living God. And those who call upon His Name will be saved.

Prayers: Ooh! Lord Jesus, provide for my school and build school in south Sudan so that people of southern Sudanese may know you more and follow you and make disciple of all nation. I love Jesus. Father God, give me wisdom and knowledge as you gave to your servant Solomon. I pray in the name of Jesus, to keep me, protect, and lead me on your ways. Keep me out of world desire. Keep me out of trouble. Do the same to my friends. Amen...

More about Andrew

Why did you want to come to school here in the US? I come to school here in the US because I need good education. School materials and books are available. Good teachers and technology. United State is a Peaceful country good for studies.

What do you want to do with your education when you return to Sudan? I want to go back to work in my country, open a Christian schools to teach my people so that they will be able to understand the word of God and be able to take good care of themselves. I pray that God will use me to teach for his glory, because many southern Sudanese people do not go to school due to the persecution by the north. For example, no good school was build in southern Sudan, no running water, electricity, good road. In 1953 my father was sent out from school, because he is a Christian and my elder brother as well when he completed his high school, he was denied in 1985/86 not to go to college. Not only my family, but all southern Sudanese people were denied because of their faith in Jesus Christ. From my family I’m the first person to go to College it’s a miracle. Due to the persecution in Sudan, still today our people die because of no medicine, most of southern Sudanese sleep in Mad Hut house the roof attached grass every two to three years we rebuild it, drink dirty water full of disease, study under the tree or open air, stay without electricity, and drive on dirty road.

Today I thank God so much for choosing me from the jungle of Sudan to come in U. S to study in order to go back to teach my people. I am so thankful and I appreciate all the supports of my fellow brothers and sisters in the United States who have love to assist with school fees and living expenses while here in U .S. May God bless you and use you for his glory. I will conclude that as you educate me here, you educate millions of people in Sudan because when I go back the knowledge I get from the United States, they will get from me it’s so great.

How is your first semester in school? My first semester was heard especial reading because everything is in computer where in Sudan. I knew nothing about computer but still I enjoyed I got A in Math’s, A in Orientation, B in reading and C in History Western Civilization (1) I hope to do better in second semester.

What did you enjoy mostly in USA? I enjoyed teaching; Teachers are friendly to me and helpful. I enjoyed good time with friends or Christians in USA, they have the love for people I fell at home.

What is most challenge for you in USA? The most challenge I got here is that my people are still back in main ways. In the system of education, Health, water, agriculture, living condition is poor. They need help that is why today our people are still dying of malaria, worms or parasites due to poor living condition example, drinking of dirty water from the creeks or rivers which is dirty.
How can people pray for you? knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Pray for my family back home. Pray for the future Christian school I want to build back to South Sudan so that God will sent friends to build .I also need prayers for my studies so that God will continue paying my school fees and living expenses while here in the United State.

Need prayers and Support.

The referendum is the key advantage of Sudan’s 2005 Comprehensive Peace Agreement(CPA), which brought to an end over two decades of a bloody civil war fought between the Christian dominated south and the north, which is governed by the Islamic Shari ‘a Law. According to the United Nation (UN), two million people died and four million people were forced to flee their homes to other areas in Sudan and neighboring countries.
On January 9, 2011, six days from now, we southern Sudanese will vote to decide the separation of the North and South. I covet your prayers that the separation will pass so that our Christian brothers and sisters in South Sudan will no longer have to endure persecution. We will be able to worship freely and have access to gain an education. Most observers say that the South will chose to separate from the north and form a new country.
I am making framed pictures with Scripture on them in my native language of Moru and selling them for $10 each. The money I receive will go directly to purchase land for the Global Christian Academy. I will have some examples posted soon, but you can e-mail me with a special verse of yours or a friends and I will personalize it just for you.
I’m also planning to produce a gospel CD in my native language of Moru and English. I will let you know when I have them ready. I pray God will bless you through your purchase as you impact the world for Christ.

An Enlighting View on the History of South Sudan

I was born in the war and grew up in the war. All my life was spent with gun fire and bombs. As a child, I found my self running in the jungles of Sudan with my family and hiding in order to survive. As I grew up I came to realize that we are fighting for the freedom to worship Christ. Muslim in the North forced their Islamic Shari’a laws in the country of Sudan, which brought much persecution to Christians in the South.

Even though I was born in Sudan, I was not recognized as a Sudanese. I lived in Sudan as a foreigner. I had no freedom as a Christian in my own country. As a Southern we went to school under a tree and wrote in the dirt with a stick. We were not allowed a formal education. Our hospital and clinic is under a tree. Parents have to taste medicine with their tongue because they cannot read. Many children have died because of this illiteracy. For example, my cousin’s daughter died because they give her the wrong medicine because they could not read. Moreover, we have no electricity, no running water. We ride on dirt roads with large holes. We worship God under a tree. Yet in the North they have all these things....WHY? WHY? WHY? ....because we are Christians, and Muslims despise us.

Can Christian brothers and sisters abandon or forget us in Southern Sudan and leave us to die at the hands of persecution? Can Christians around the world turn their backs on us? Can they leave us to die from diseases like malaria? How long are we going to live in poverty and literacy??? Christian brothers and sisters do you really care? When will you come and rescues us? It’s time for you to stand with us and do something for the glory of God.

We desperately need you to come educate us. WE NEED HOPE! We need to build a Christian school so that God’s name will be glorified in South Sudan. As we come out from the war, we still feel war wounds. Some of us were shocked when God sent us out of Sudan to see how the rest of the world lives. It hurts me so much. It made me ask the question again, WHY? WHY? But, all this happened to us so that God’s name will be proclaimed and His power will be revealed.

My desire is to begin a school called, Global Christian High School to change all of this. 85% of Southern Sudanese cannot read or write. I want to give parents the opportunity to send their children to school. People from Kenya, Ethiopia and Ugandan have given limited assistance to us, but I wonder how long they will even be able to do that? I think it is better to teach someone to fish than to fish for him. Therefore, my goal is to change lives through a quality education and to raise up other teachers. I want to educate Southern Sudanese so that they will be able to read God’s Word and work to support their families independently for generations to come.

I am praying that God will send workers to come to Him. I pray that God will touch the hearts of friends to come to Southern Sudan to give our people hope and a future. We are the body of Christ. One of the parts of the body is hurting. The rest of our body hurts too. The same way as Southern Sudanese bears persecution, when you go through terrible things you also feel the same way. I need volunteers to join me in prayer for the Christians in my country.

Another way you can help be the hands and feet of Christ is by joining me to help purchase land for the school. I pray that as you read a small part of my life, you will get a glimpse of the pain but also the hope we can give to my people. We Southern Sudanese Christians need YOU to stand with us in prayer and support.
